At 3S we believe in an "Engineering" approach to business. This means that we look at business issues in terms of "cause and effect" relationships and then work to either maximise the positives or minimise the negatives, in which ever arena they occur.

Our strength is in Knowledge Management and Information Systems. This is where we can significantly influence a company in order to achieve measurable business results. Our tools comprise of the Microsoft platforms/technologies, third party software, and our own software development capabilities. We utilise technology in such a way that it makes sense, is effective, and produces actual business results.

Our people are a very important component of the services we offer. Due to the scope of challenges we address, our people must be something special to begin with. 3S fully reciprocate the respect, loyalty and effort that its people bring to the company. Without this kind of mutual cooperation it would not be possible to operate a company such as ours.

We believe we are responsible for our clients beyond just the technical issues that are encountered. Our aim is to work closely with our clients so that we can see the problems from their perspective. This close collaboration allows us to create long term solutions that are aligned with the companies overall intentions.

At times we are able to introduce new ideas because of our fresh perspective, and at other times a solution can only be found after fully understanding the intricacies of the clients organisation. Our goal however is always the same; "A Clear, Well Engineered, Business Benefit for our Customer".
