Our services

Although most people will agree that Knowledge Management is very important to their companies, it is often difficult to know which practical steps can be taken to improve KM. We help to answer this through the formation of a Knowledge Management strategy.

We work with our customers to identify how their companies utilise information and how knowledge is created, transferred and recorded. Once we have an understanding of the current situation we examine the possibilities for the future with respect to KM. Listing the opportunities and ranking the various KM ideas helps to crystalise the areas that are most important to the company. Priority can then be given to the initiatives with the biggest impact for the company.

We perform this work with a lot of input from the customer. At the end of this work the customer has a formal Knowledge Management strategy along with a list of initiatives that can help the company to reach its KM goals.
